A bit of a late start as I've only just got the mash on. This was mainly due to being on call at work last night and not getting to bed until 04:15 this AM!

any way the tiredness has resulted in me missing my mash temp as I forgot to pre heat the mash tun! I've just been fannying about with boiling water and managed to get it up to 62.6oC.....and that's where it's staying!
