Euro SMaSH - 100% Vienna & 100% Marynka Blonde Ale

Having always wanted to try a SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) beer I thought I would whip one up tomorrow. Have always enjoyed Vienna malt but have never used more than 25% in a grist before. A brewer mate gave me some Marynka hops so voila... Euro SMaSH. Marnyka are apparently quite spicy but still refreshing - some have described it as a bastard love-child of a Styrian and Saaz! Will see...

I am also using a new liquid yeast for me Wyeast 1450 - Denny's Favourite, which was a PC release from Wyeast late last year that has been sitting in my fridge since then awaiting a chance to be used. Built up a 2L starter and it smelt great so in it will go. Package says an attenuation of ~75% but would expect closer to 80-85%, I would think after looking at recipes that Denny Conn has done.

Planned recipe below:-

Expected Pre-Boil Gravity: 1.042 SG Expected OG: 1.052 SG
Expected FG: 1.013 SG Expected Apparent Attenuation: 74.9 %
Expected ABV: 5.2 % Expected ABW: 4.1 %
Expected IBU (using Tinseth): 41.8 IBU Expected Color (using Morey): 5.4 SRM
BU:GU ratio: 0.80
Mash temp: 66ºC with 72ºC mash-out
Mash Efficiency: 75.0 %
Boil Duration: 90.0 mins
Fermentation Temperature: 18 degC
