What volume were you aiming for?

On my experience...

1) depends on how hot your sparge water was
2) you could be at the very end of the usable extractable sugars... and perhaps risking taking the tannins out of the husks.
3) 5 litres of a very low gravity wort is going to make a miserable beer - so you'd need to add some extra fermentables. DME, Sugar or Candi

In that circumstance - I'd bottle it off into 5x1L glass bottles (I use old cleaned orange juice bottles) and make 5x lots of a starter wort for growing on yeast cultures. The sugars will feed the yeast for a starter and you can chuck out the remaining 'beer' after you've grown on the start culture a few times.
