Just writing this to put off doing the clean up!

This is my third back in the sadle brew and everythings going pretty smoothly now.
It's the first time I'd used Gypsum and CaCl additions and the first time with an air stone for airation.
I hit my OG and Hit a decent PH I'm pretty happy with this one:

Excellent. It must be nice to be able to lock the door and brew uninterrupted :)
