I Made this candi, I like to suck a bit death while brewing. Note to my self, its very bad for you and don't try to chew it. Again Its going to take a while. But that's down to the yeast, it's very slow. But Hay ho, going to have a back log of beer in the summer. Hate it when that happens.
Brew night tonight and I am going for a amber larger with belgium Pill yeast. Hops, um, what ever falls on the shelf
