Bon (smoked lager)

Not had chance to post much, so here another quick one.

Percentage mash
Lager 74.0
Smoked 20.0
Corn 2.0
Caramunich4.0

East Kent Gold 20g 90min
Halletau 10g 15min
Halletau 10g 5min

23L
Coriander 3g
Bavarian Lager 8-14c

Primming
Honey 1g per 500ml
Toffee Candi 1.8g 500ml Man this could blow-up, will keep testing intil safe..

I Made this candi, I like to suck a bit death while brewing. Note to my self, its very bad for you and don't try to chew it. Again Its going to take a while. But that's down to the yeast, it's very slow. But Hay ho, going to have a back log of beer in the summer. Hate it when that happens.

Brew night tonight and I am going for a amber larger with belgium Pill yeast. Hops, um, what ever falls on the shelf #-o ......

Will do. But all my beers take a while as I only use Irish Moss for clearing.
