3-12-10 Hey porter

Knocking out a porter roughly based on grain bill of clot dob.

Pale malt 3 Kg
Munich 1.7 Kg
Crystal 0.4 Kg
Choc malt 0.15 Kg
Black malt 0.03 Kg
Wheat malt 0.1 Kg

Mash at 66C

60 mins 35g Northdown
10 mins 25g amarillo and 5 g of centennial
flame out 35g amarillo and 5 g of centennial

Fermenting with TV3 and will probably dry hop with some more amarillo.

Yeast head forming already, great stuff that TV3 :D

The original recipe clot dob is certainly a good one, i hope my tweaking of it works out ok. Im planning on talking half of this to an xmas party so i want it to impress :D
