Brewday 30/12/10 - Pale Ale with Styrian Bobek
Posted: Thu Dec 30, 2010 12:14 am
OK, after a couple of false starts and spending hours knocking 70 litres of ice out of my HLT, I can finally brew tomorrow...
I've heard some guys complain of soapy flavours with Bobek. I have only used them once and they seemed OK and very similar to the old Styrians but I would be very interested to hear from your experiences of using them heavily late in the copper, I might back off and replace with something else..
