AG7 - Best Bitter

I've got this on the go at the moment, just mashed in at 66c

Best Bitter

40l brewlength

Pale Malt - 7.5kg
Munich Malt - 0.5kg

Fuggles - 75g @ 60 mins
Fuggles - 25g @ 30 mins
EKG - 70g @ 30 mins
EKG - 30g @ 0 mins

Boil - 60 mins
Mash - 60 mins
SG - 1.048
FG - 1.010
ABV - 5%
IBU - 38
EBC - 11.5
Efficiency setting - 75%

Yeast-wise, I am thinking of using Gervin to accent the hops but if I have a problem with it I am considering US-05 to see what will happen

that's what I'm hoping for. Saying that, my 'Bodgegarden' is in the cornies at 50psi to carb them quickly and even after a day it tastes lovely. I think that may become my new regular beer.

I changed the hop schedule a little to increase the IBU slightly as I was on course for a higher SG. But it didn't turn out that way and got the correct SG and I'd much rather have more bitter beer than a milder one.

The change in hops...

Fuggle - 100g @ 60 mins
EKG - 45g @ 30 mins
EKG - 35g @ 10 mins
EKG - 20g @ 10 mins
