AG#6 - Twisted Witch

Brew day number six

I liked the look of Pendle Witch from GW's book but decided to spice it up a bit with some extra hops and dropped the sugar.

20l batch
3500g Marris otter
400g Crystal
200g Torrified wheat

50g Fuggle 90mins
10g Fuggle post boil 80c steep 30 mins
10g Goldings post boil 80c steep 30 mins

That should be a nice brew, the pendle witch is good as it is but the Goldings will add an extra bit of flavour.
