First up I had to go and borrow a boiler from a friend (one day, yes one day, I will have a new boiler. Maybe next month). Going for a single hop APA with Citra recently acquired from The Malt Miller. I've just weighed out the hops while the mash is on and a wonderful smell of grapefruit has filled the kitchen. I have good feelings about this one.

A bit simpler than my last brew which featured 5 malts plus flaked barley and torrefied wheat and 4 hop varieties. Don't think I'll bother with any photos for this one though, but if I could photograph the hop aroma I definitely would!
