Looks lovely!

There's certainly lots of Citra activity going on here at the moment....

It does look lovely and I've not used Citra yet.
Clear wort after 4 litres? I can't get clear wort until about the 20th litre and it's nice to see what I still aim for.
Very nice.

Nice one! I've got my Citra sitting in the fridge, ready for the next brew. Any chance of you posting details of your recipe?

Hi Alfie - I brewed 4kg Pale +single hop on Saturday. Just wondering - the 300g wheat malt, is that to give head retention? Or extra taste dimension? I'm still working out these things...
Cheers,
Lewy

new to all this my self. i think it adds to head retention to be honest i just looked through a book at a few IPA recipes with single hops and alot came up with pale malt and wheat malt toghether so thats what i went with lol. can someone explain what wheat malt adds to beer other than hear retention? someone suggest to me a "mother of earth taste very earthy " ? either that or i was so pissed i missed what they said which is very likely
