pale malt 4.5 Kg
munich 1 Kg

centennial 15g 60 mins
centennial 20g 15 mins
centennial 30g 5 mins
amarillo 20g 5 mins
flame out 20g amarillo, 30g centennial

fermenting with tv3.

Thames Valley yeast from brewlabs, great characterful yeast that flocculates well i got it and two other strains from brewlab, tried this and couldn't bring myself to even try brewing something with the other two so happy am i with the performance and taste of tv3, really most try them some time though :lol:
