This is the way to serve our beer I have been non priming for the last 6 brews brilliant. No foaming fizzy euro beer for me. Draught is great.

I've been doing this for a while myself as I don't like them too fizzy. I still prime however. I guess this was the thread that gave me the inspiration to syringe my beers but as you say, it's a bit odd at parties. Works a treat though :)

Good tip! Where can I get a syringe?

I've got an IPA that hasn't carbonated properly so look forward to trying this.
