Thought i'd share a brewday as i've always liked looking at everyones setups and pictures. Excuse the pics, i took them on my phone.

Just treated myself to this:

So i need to fill my cornies with lovely beer.

The grist:

7KG Maris Otter
1.4KG Munich
800g Crystal
380g Horrified Wheat

Looking for a nice malty base to split into two brews.

First Brew:

45g Fuggles - 60 mins
35g Goldings - 15 mins
30g Bobek - 15 mins

Second Brew:

40g Goldings - 60 mins
24g First Gold - 15 mins
36g First Gold - Steeped at 80 degrees after flameout

The brewing gear:

Yeast, think the wlp002 straight into the first brew and us05 into the second.

Not a single problem!

Looks a blast, I need to get some ventilation for when I move to the cellar, if I get a cloud of steam like that I think my lights will explode :)
