Another one mash double brewday, i need to build a smaller HLT so i can do separate mashes but no worries for now.

AG#81 Pivo Sobaka (Russian for Beer Dog)
3500g Golden Promise
200g Crystal Malt
200g Wheat
20g Super Styrian @ 60mins AA 8%
30g E.K.G @ 60mins AA 5.2%
10g Super Styrian @ 10mins AA 8%

The eagle d amongst you will be aware this is based on TTL for the hops

AG#82 Bluebird Twist
3500g Golden Promise
200g Crystal Malt
200g Wheat
30g Challenger @ 60min AA 6.8%
25g Challenger @ 30min AA 6.8%
36g Dried Elderflower @ 15mins
20g Challenger @ 05min AA 6.8%

Target 23ltrs @ SG1038
IBU`s 40

Both will have US-05 pitched

I only decided to add the elderflower just before i started brewing this, i`ve never used it with
English hops before, the other two times i added it was with Styrians and it turned out beautiful,
so i`m hoping this one will be ok.

Not a bad brewday all in all 7 hrs from start to finish for 2 brews, only one mash though the time is taken up
by having to clean the boiler ready for the 2nd lot of wort, but i didn`t fancy 80 pints of either as both are
experimental brews and if they dont turn out as expected thats a lot of not good beer to drink.

Both seem to be a winner cant go wrong with malt and hop bills like that!
