AG#7 TTL

Playing this very safe after my boiler disater last week. Elements cleaned up and working nicely. My wife thought really liked the last batch of this I made so at the risk of being repetative with my 1st few brews, I thought I'd keep her on side by making another batch.

PDNC - did something go 'amiss' on your TTL brewday -care to share?

For my next brew - a nice summer Pale Ale I WILL avoid another boil over!

I'm hoping to get a Exmoor gold or aTTL in before I stop brewing at the end of May...

I don't think using the Wyeast 1469 yeast was a good idea, better off doing as Jonty has with the regular dry yeast.

Sorry to hear that mate. At least it was a problem relating to experimentalism rather than incompetance eh :D
