AG#4 EsJay Best Bitter

So after my first 3 AG's (EsJay Pale Hop, EsJay Stout and EsJay Special) I will now complete my set of 4 beers which I will slowly tweak t my exact requirements :) This is a brew I am doing tomorrow.

EsJay Best Bitter

Fermentable Colour lb: oz Grams Ratio

Pale Malt 5 EBC 7 lbs. 11.4 oz 3500 grams 88.6%
Aromatic Malt 50 EBC 0 lbs. 8.8 oz 250 grams 6.3%
Wheat Malt 3.5 EBC 0 lbs. 5.3 oz 150 grams 3.8%
Chocolate Malt 1050 EBC 0 lbs. 1.8 oz 50 grams 1.3%

Golding Whole 6 % 60 mins 0 lbs. 1.8 oz 50 grams 40%
