Brewed last Friday

I brewed these last Friday but never got round to posting about them. Here goes:

Northern Brewer 9.3% 90min 67g

Dry hop (to follow later): Centennial 10.1% 67g

Yeast: 2x US-05
Both went reaosnably well, though the run off from the American Brown Ale was a complete nightmare and I had to do some very unseemly things to get it out of the boiler. So much so in that I've been rebuilding my cooler at last and getting the parts to finally start to use my March pump for recirc and boiler emptying - silicone hose arrived yesterday, just a few more solder joints, and a bit of fiddling to get the pump connected to piping...
