Got a spare day today as the wife is working so thought i may as well do a brew

Voodoo Blonde
7kg Golden promise
500g Torrified Wheat
400g White Sugar
110g Fuggles @ 60 mins AA 5%
30g Fuggles @ 0 mins steeped for 40mins

target is 46ltrs at OG1040
Ibu`s 30

This as been mashing for half an hour now at 69 deg starting temp.
Just off to prepare the sparge water.

A bit of a disaster, the boiler packed up before the boil, so had to transfer it all to the HLT with a quick
fix hop filter fitted, its now half an hour into the boil, i should have been finished and cleaned up by now, but no biggy
as long as it turns out ok in the end
