Not tried Bobek hops before so gonna give this one a whirl and since i had a some Progress left I will just chuck that in too. Decided that a 60min mash works well for me so shall continue to do this from now on.

Will get this one on the go tonight.

Yeast starter is looking very healthy and fermenting well as we speak.

I think I'm gonna change this to a lot of late hop additions instead of the first sort hops. Trying to get a good hop flavour.

I think you'll get a decent amount of flavor withe your schedule. FWH does a good job of establishing a non-harsh bitterness.

Yeah i kinda though that, but i feel i want to try something a bit different so gonna use the whole 100g of bobek hops on this one.

That sounds great to me matey

Lots of late hops, tonnes of hop aroma, smooth and easy drinking. Only change I would make is to dry hop as well

Great for this crazy late spring weather thats popped up the last few days

Sounds awesome will have keep an eye on this one the recipe sounds tasty , i have just brew a Columbus IPA using WLP051California V Ale and 143 grams of Columbus keep us updated :wink:

Just to give you an update. This was kegged a week ago and its very nice. Good colour and a spicy flavour. Needs to mature a bit but very interesting so far.
