To add recipe but draft was
6kg wheat malt (I know should be unmalted)
5Kg lager malt
100g Hops aged less than 1%
US-05 primary ferment
White Labs Lambic
Wyeast Lambic dregs from Lambic MKI
Dregs from 6 bottles of Cantillon Gambrinus, Kriek etc
Mash in at 40oC, missed and managed 48oC at 9.20am
(Should have been 40oC for 15minutes and then 50oC for 15 minutes so combined to do 30mins at 4oC)

Raise mash to 55oC for, cant remember will have to check receipe
Mash step temperature to 65oC for 45 minutes at 9:50am
(pump crapped out due to water being at 95oC and pump only rated for 85oC, ehm)
Hit 64.2oC

10.50am raise to 70oC for 30mins got to 68.5oC at 11:10am

Raise mash to 76oC

got to 72oC and run out of space in mash tun.

Next time take some liquid out of mash tun to raise temp or use a heat stick.
Batch sparged with 88oC water
1st run off 35 litres 1.044@55oC = 1.054??
Nice and milky

Boiler started aged Hercules hops added at 11.55am to boiler and gas on with first batch of run off.

Hops were aged in paper mushroom paper bags in the loft since 12th March 2010.

2nd run off 10litres 1.030@55oC = 1.040??
1.45pm immersion coiler in, no whirlfloc added more for the bugs to chew on
Boiler off at 2pm cooling started, cooling finished at 2.45pm wort at 26.5oC
Final gravity 1.054 =5.6% ABV
Most of the temps missed, but a lot better than last year with double the brew length.
Hmm nice new pump bracket and fittings
