Friday night brew - Fools Gold - 1st April 2011

Friday night and I've got a brew on! While the cat's away.

3.5Kg MO
150g Crystal 60L
150g Crystal 120L
150g Carared
100g Roast barley
100g Amber

Yeast is second generation fullers bengal lancer
Hops are Tettnanger and Saaz user upper. Not sure which is bittering yet. prob tettnang.
