Yeast wlp005, some slurry I got from a friend
Got on well with a small sugar addition in my last pale ale, I like them light/dry.
Going to mash in at 64c as well for same reason as above.
I didnt have a colour for light muscavado but it wont add a lot of colour anyway.
Tempted to add some lemon zest, but prolly wont as I've not used stryian before and want to get just the hop.
Total liquor boiled and cooling overnight, grains weighed out, hope to have the mash on before I take the kids to school
