TODAY I BREW

you could have watched it on http://www.ustream.tv/channel/smiff but brew is now over.

Grains:
3KG Pale Malt
350 Wheat a Flakes
500 Flaked Rice
200 Wheat Malt

RIMS:
15mins @ 40º
15mins @ 55º
60mins @ 68º


Hops:
50gms Liberty @60
20gms Saaz @ 15
Dry hop with Sazz

Yeast:
US-05

20 ltr or 1052 in the FV :)

Loving the live feed Gary! - not seen this done before.

I took a look at one of your previous videos on there and after perservering through 5 minutes of you eating a piece of toast we got to see your impressive beer dispensing set up in your conservatory/gym (I think I saw some expercise equip there?)/bar - NICE!!!

Conservatory/ gym yes lol should use it more but kegerator is a great addition. Yea the toast thing i just had Wisdom tooth out hence the swearing.:)

that said my grandfather brewed a full mash Mild that I only once got to try, my father was more a Hedgerow Wine maker " oh those were the days blackberry wine at around 13% snuck out for a boys and girls night over the fair...lol
I started with the BOOTS cider kits at about 16 when i started work and brewd some bad ass Cider, still do but like to press my own and the odd TC and Kits.

BUT beer is king at the moment

This Ustream thing is good, getting to know it isnt! Cant seem to get the chat window working so watchers can ask questions. Also need to record some vids on there so views can see the action when they want rather than wait for the boil etc.
