I don't want a shrinking Violet of a beer, I want the hops to literally smash your teeth in. :)

That looks amazing :D Wish I could have a smell I bet it'd melt your sinuses. What led you to decide to make such a hop-tastic beer?

I Picked up all the hops other than the galaxy at the spring thing in may and decided to chuck it all together, its turning into a stunning beer in secondary just waiting for it to drop a bit clearer then its going in bottles.

Next Hopmonster will contain RIKAWA, MOTEUKA and maybe Nelson Sauvin.

The big brewery is lying dormant at the mo, but will kick back into life in a couple of weeks ready to make a batch for my BDAY BBCUE.
