Styrian Bobeck 10gms @ FO

23 ltrs of 1062 in the FV
Just managed to catch this baby as it was about to blow off the lid this morning
, as usual I dropped this brew into another FV to remove any left over trub and aid the yeast in aeration and smells fantastic
and great colour only prob is I might have to wait to drink this as it is not like my recent low % "drink in 3 weeks green beer styles"
so will be brewing up V soon.
8th June update:15 days later
This beer is class, strong, thick and sweet not as much hop as I would like but nice tizer orange not super clear but I can sort that but 80% there, its not under pressure yet just air lock so not much co2 going on but can't wait until the cornies from this weekend are freed up( BBQ Ciders) then I can give this beer a real home, that said it feels very strong, has that strange smells of wet dogs like "spitfire" does with a glooopy feel of a Special brew or other Park bench beers, tastes is a bubble gum and grass taste with a dry grain/malt after taste amost Belguim style all that from S04!!!!!.
Now whilst writing I have downed a Pint and it kicks like a mule. pheeeeh.slight warming to the body
very Happy with this.
