plan to drop this brew first thing tomorrow as usual.

Great colour great smell so far.

9th June 2011: day 1

Dropped this into another FV, over night this brew had a nice clean white peaky yeast head nice clean yeast smell.

As you can see this brew is a UK / US hop mix, the Mount hood is obviously the dominant hop albeit a subtle one I cant place it's aroma even less so with the bucket of yeast and trub I have next to me but I am getting a strong urge to go buy or make some quality Hot X Buns :D

20th June 2001:

Now in Cornie
Still has a sweetness to the beer with an underlying bitterness good brew so far will report back when I dont have moroccan mint all over my hands.

22th June 2001:

sitting in the garden drinking this one and the sun is out ( not for long)

Not my clearest beer to date but great amber colour.
Small head
good lacing
Cereal aroma light hop perfume with a sweet fruit tinge and a light dough from the yeast

Medium Body with a thick texture, carbonation is soft with a medium bittering that is short lived and a very slight metalic / Iron/ blood like after taste but with a good deal of malt sweetness.

Very Happy with the beer bar its clarity but I dont drink with my eyes, already thinking of doing the same grains with other hops.
