AG #5: Coal Porter

This is my Christmas brew: a dark, ten malt porter with a punning name. Here's the numbers:

Currently it's boiling. The wort was very tasty as it went into the kettle.

what is the expected abv ?
is it going to be a high alc winter warmer

I'm aiming at about 6 - 6.5%, so yes. I'm also adding a cinnamon stick and some coffee.

Looking good :) I bet its a good one, Coffee should be nice, cinnamon should be different :)

It ended up as 1.058 when I pitched the TV3, so looking good. :D

That will be a nice Porter, plenty going on in that grain bill anyway :)
