4.7kg Pale Malt
230g Cara-pils
115g Crystal malt

Hops yet to be determined by ProMash, but something like...

25g Target @ 90 mins
15g Perle @ 15 mins
30g Cascade @ 1 min
15g Cascade dry hop

Wyeast 1056 American Ale yeast

I'm sure you can guess from the name which this is cloning...

Well, I'm off scuba diving tomorrow morning, but provided I surface alive and in the general area of the boat I'll be brewing this one up tomorrow afternoon.

Good luck with the brew barry.
Hope the divin goes well, i don't do it but the SWMBO does.
reminds me that I got SWMBO as an xmas pressie some so called top of the range reel (i can't swim never mind diving so don't know the name some american company begin with M) so far she has used it four times and came off the SMB twice (some people most think im after the insurance money) needless to say its gone right back to the the useless barstewards.
safe home.

I'd recommend the Custom Divers reels - proper British made quality :)

Aargh - I've obviously lost my abilty to read - I was sure I had 100g of Cascade hops and now I look again it's actually 100g of Challenger. So, looks like I'm not cloning the SNPA today - any recommendations of what to use? I can either use the Challenger anyway as aroma and dry hop, or I have some Styrian Goldings, or perhaps Perle that I could use instead (or even Target)... any ideas?
