Just knocked out A styrian Stunner put in a lot of aroma flavour hop in at the end as mentioned elsewhere.

3.8 kg Maris @ 66 90 mins

62g Styrian 90 mins
34g styrian 5 min
whirlifloc 10 mins

23l @ 38
73% efficency (didn't treat the water and efficiency dropped)

and took a photo of new set up in action

need some insulation on the mash tun and boiler I feel

This sure is a tasty beer, which forced me to tap my second cornies worth last night :oops:
