I made it 10 days ago and its good to drink already !

it tastes okay , a tiny bit green but perfectly drinkable . its amazing stuff wonder if anyone will dare try it after 9 days? single figures for an all grain brew that would be amazing !

I know AG brews taste a lot better given a good bit of maturity, but when they taste this good, is it no wonder that we strive for bigger brew lengths and more corny's....just to give them a chance to mature

A friend came round the other night and claimed my warm tapped Styrian Stunner to better than a lot of pints he's paid for

well i didnt feel bad this morning , no explosions or headaches so either i am now a true alcoholic who can drink furniture polish and feel fine or London pride is some sort of magic brew
