AG #03: Binary Star – Galaxy Amarillo

Hello, it's been a while since I last brewed, pretty much twenty months... I finally managed to get one on at the weekend, I put a report up on my blog with a load of photos. It didn't exactly go to plan, as I got a stuck mash, so lost a lot of volume and ended up with a much stronger beer than originally planned. Really looking forward to trying it, as the brew fridge smells amazing every time I open the door. :-)
