I've seen a few discussions recently about dry hopping in the keg and about running hops through a food processor before using them, so, here is what I usually do.
I usually put the keg on tap for a while before dry hopping, this is for two reasons. Firstly to make some space in the keg to fit the hops in, and secondly to decide what I need to add.

With mash hopping not working as advertised it was time to add a load of mash hops, 25g each of Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo.....
Firstly sanitise everything in sight, including work surfaces....
Smash them up a bit in the food processor
Add some glass marble things to a sheet of mesh fabric stuff
Plus a few hops
Tie up into a bag using a cable tie, looping some cotton through the tie to suspend it into the keg with
And finally work it into the keg and loop the thread round one of the posts. The thread can sometimes make the key a little harder to seal well but it stops the bag from sinking to the bottom completely.
