240g Flaked Barley
240g 'Terrified' Wheat

Bramling Cross Hops @ 6.5% AA
90 min Mash @ 66°C
90 min boil
15g Start of boil
47g Last 15 mins.
17g Last minute although I may increase this a bit & throw them in at switch off
Batch sparging as usual & I'm going for 30l pre-boil volume so my first addition will be 8.4l.
Mash liquor added at strike temp. of 77° which gave me cock on 66° mash temp
