Hi All thought I'D share this with you all on this once again rainy day. Any comments are gratefully received.

Fuggles Extra
4kg Marris Otter
200g Flaked Barley
200g Torrified Wheat
150g Crystal Malt
20g Chocolate malt
75g Fuggles 3.6% 90min
15g EK Goldings 4.2% 1 min
Safale S-04 yeast

Mash 2 hours at 66c
Brew lenght 4.5 gallon

OG:1050
IBU:34.5
ABV:5%ish

How late in Aug as I have to take the family up to Northumberland the week of the bank holiday, but I think I will be back for the 31st

Dose it matter as long as its drinkable, :wacko: I just like making them up as I go along. :lol: It started as a fuggles bitter and then I thought Id add a bit of chocolate malt give it a little extra depth hence Fuggles Extra.

All finished now, added another 20g of East Kent Goldings to try to get a better aroma. :lol:
