brewday 28-7 session beer

decided to throw on a session beer wil call it Spider in honour of the spider I just found in the HTL extra protein ! :shock:

3.0 kg maris
0.2kg crystal
0.2kg wheat
40g fuggles
10g goldings
EBU 28
expect 20l @ 1038 @ 75%


I'll take some pics and get back later must be at strike temp by now

well, done and done, didn't boil off enough so have 22l @35. Ph5-2 didn't seem to effect my effeciency at all, could have been at 5.2 all along. 8)

Need to calibrate my boiler a bit better, I can play with it tomorrow.

Nice recipe, and it looks like it went well. I brewed one called 'Earwig' for the same reason. But, it wasn't in the HLT, it was in the bitter wort as it was cooling down. Fortunately it was a clean earwig.
