Knocked together a recipe for a beer, its a bit of a celebration brew as her indoors got a job offer yesterday in Manchester! We've been planning to move down there closer to family etc. Anyway, its a bit different, a bit random but f**k it, what's the worse that could happen!!
2kg MO
2kg Munich
2kg Vienna
1kg crystal 80l
500g carafa 1 (cold steep)
500g oats
1kg of DME in the boil
20g Magnum FWH
50g Chinook @ 90
30g Cascade @ 30
30g Nelson Sauvin 30 min steep
20g Amarillo 30 min steep
50g citra dry hop
50g Ahtanum dry hop
OG 1083 (8.6% abv)
IBU 130
A big beer, as black as night which requires balls to drink.
Big
Black
Balls

If you can drive (with less than 6 points) don't mind grafting and bodily fluids then I can suggest somewhere to tie you over

Brew day. Grain weighed, MT warmed and strike water coming up to temp. Just getting the little one to sleep and should be ready to dough in!
Decided I'm going to add the carafa at the end of the mash instead of cold steeping
