Good luck Davie
My only advice after my first go is to believe the water amounts in the recipe!
Have a good one!

Cheers Burner,i must admit that's been going round my head. The recipe says 25L i've been thinking 35L just to be on the safe side.I would keep 10L in a fv just in case

Have a cracker Davie Boy, remember the main thing relax and have some fun. Make sure you have a couple of "rewards" tucked up in the fridge for when you get thirsty.
