BIAB No.10 Seaside Blonde

this was From Friday evening-
An impromptu brew evening after work, thought about doing an overnight mash then realised I could brew tonight leaving tomorrow free for the play off semi final 1st leg :D

The recipe is a cobbled together English blonde ale with a variety of hops I had in the freezer.

Recipe
3kg pilsner malt
.3kg wheat malt
.3kg biscuit malt

30 minute hops
15g Galaxy pellet

1/3 Whirlfloc tablet

10 minute hops
10g Nelson Sauvin
10g Galaxy pellet
10g Cascade

Flame out hops
5g Cascade (ran out)
10g Nelson Sauvin
15g Galaxy pellet

Nottingham yeast

Og 1042
Fg 1010
ABV 4.18%
Ibu 36.6
Ebc 9.1

90 minute mash at 66' then a 90 minute boil

I ended up with 21 litres in the FV at 1045' a little over target but I couldn't be bothered to licquor back, hopefully a fairly hoppy easy drinking summer blonde.
