Original recipe also had 1kg of crystal but I forgot it on my grain order

Hope it will still be OK , just a bit different to Frothys batch.
Also had problems again getting the mash upto temp.
Liquor was @ 83 but after doughin temp in mash tun was only at 58

It must have been the low temp of the large grain bill that caused the drop.
Added another 5 lt of liquor at 85 but that only got the mash to 62.
In the end I drew off 20lt from the mash tun and brought upto 80+ in the old Electrim bin, added back the mash tun and we hit 66 - hurrah!

Still got 30 mins left on the mash clock, so it could be a late one!
