Thats a revelation there. I always tend to sparge at about 78c - 80c and I am really interested in your comments here. I will always bow to experience. Do you advocate sparge tempos. of 72c for all mashes. any comments really appreciated.

I was lucky enough to sample some of this brew yesterday, it was really smooth and refreshing, with nice a banana flavour to it.

It was just job on a hot summer's brewday :beer:

While not the complete banana fest of some of my other wheat beers, using a different yeast, there was less clove than I wanted, so the banana that was there was obvious.

It was a good drop in the 28C heat though, and especially coming out of the heat of the brewery :shock:
