BIAB #12 Best bitter

Not posted a brewday on this forum before so i thought I'd share todays with you lovely folks.
I spent a day in a comercial brewery last Friday and have been inspired to brew a English Best Bitter. Now most of my beers i make as US style hop monsters so its a strange one for me to use so few hops in a brew. That said i still think im using more than are really necessary.

Recipe

Malt Bill:

4kg pale malt
300g crystal 60
100g chocolate
250g wheat

Hop Bill:

20g Challenger @ 90min

20g Challenger @ 30min

20g EKG @ 10min

25g EKG @ 5min

10g Challenger @ 5min

Single step infusion @68c for 70min
Mash out @ 74c for 10min
Aiming for 23l @ 4.4%abv so will be liquoring back due to my kit size limitations.

Pre boil gravity of 1.037

Finished up with 23l of 1.044 wort and now sat at 18c in fermention fridge using Nottingham yeast
