Had a fun brewday today brewing a very hoppy American IPA.
Grain and lots of hops.

Doughing in.

Almost hit my 152 deg f target.

Wrapped up nice and cosy.

Draining off the grain bag.

Boil is well underway, this is the 10 min addition.

Flameout hops have been added, wort cooled and now on its way into the fermenter.

White Labs California Ale Yeast starter pitched and into the fermenting fridge.

Postponing the clean up.
