Greg hughes czech pilsner variation

Hi this is my first brewday thread , and around my 10th all grain brew. I actually made it a couple days ago and it's fermenting nicely. I'm in the middle of another brew slightly different hop bill ( ran out of Saaz lol ).

5.5kg bohemian pilsner malt
60 min mash
3 stage batch sparge
60min boil
70g 3.3aa saaz @ 60min
1 protofloc 15 mins
35g 10mins
35g flame out 20 min steep
Sg 1.050 23l

As you can see I can't put photos in order , but I think you can work out what way they should be
