A while since I posted any brew day info...
See recipe below; it all started a while back, brewing Summer Lighting, it seems a passage of rights to attempt this beer at least once, as a budding AG brewer.
Anyway, 4% of Crisp Maltings Cara added, to round off the mouth feel a bit and stand up to 39 IBU, the hop schedule sort of remains the same, albeit the bittering hops are added as a 'fisrt wort addition' and lots more steeping hops added post boil, way more than G.W. proposes in his book anyway...'
