Ph test after 10 mins was fluctuating between 5.2/ 5.3. My missus always wonders what the crap is on her thick winter fleece. It's malted barley,love.

1 litre starter of WLP002 added,and into the fermentation fridge for a few weeks.

Well,it's back! That plasticy off flavour. Oxidised it when bottling,as some dry hops clogged the auto syphon filter,causing a lot of bubbles to go up the tube. Never mind,the hops overpower it after a split second,so drinkable at least. Must fit a tap to my FV to avoid the syphoning.
