Yesterday was a good brew day. Recipe courtesy of John_Drummer of this very forum. Only change was I used Northdown instead of Fuggles as had them in stock already.
Was aiming for 1.045 - got 1.043!

Checked on this today - plenty of bubbling but no krausen. It seems after reading online cocoa powder can be the reason for this - wonder if it will kill the head in the finished beer....?
