Brew Day: Seymour's Citra Gold

Finally got round to brewing this legendary ale of Seymour's...

Ended up with 19l at 1.045 so slightly stronger than intended but no worries. No chilled and was ready for pitching this morning. Promptly dropped the packet of US-05 sending some but not all of it cascading across the kitchen floor. Hopefully I've pitched enough but have ordered a new packet in case I need to repitch...

This is a great brew, thought I would have 1 whilst watching a film , yeah am on number 5, crisp, light , with a slight hint of citra, great break from the super hoppy beers that I like :-)
