Hi all brew this up this evening with some pic’s

I was aiming for a porter that has on the boarder of a strong mild with a little more bark malt coming through


22 liters


Pale malt 3kg
Munich 1.25kg
Mild malt 600g
Brown malt 500g
Crystal 55 250g
Special b 250g
Chocolate malt 180g

Hops: EKG

44gz 60
45g 20

Yeast S-04

O.G. 1.059
